Labelle Since 1919 is renowned for its tradition of quality, unparalleled craftsmanship as well as innovation in fur and leather service in Florida. Labelle before approaching Maxsource Technologies, even if they were the best in their trade, they were not able to achieve the conversion rate they were expecting. They required a total refresh where the UI and UX were required to change.  With such a wide range of awe-inspiring fur designs, they wanted to become more active on the internet and also become the social and fashion seasons most coveted invites.

Labelle Intimates & Boutique website required to create great user experiences – they wanted to focus on the user’s needs and develop the best task flow for them, which means they wanted a design direction that would create a linear flow for users to review the product line, technology, and benefits. Also, they wanted to evaluate their existing product line and look for ways to ensure that it is up to date and in line with consumer desires, new product launches, and content updates. Lastly, the product line needed to be shown in a way that would catch a visitor’s attention and made them want to learn more about the company and its products.

We conducted thorough customer research and through early research, a business can identify customer pain points and how their products can solve all these issues, and based on the results we generated wireframes. Once approved, wireframes were turned into clickable designs and it was then tested by the owner and key members of the company. Having a solid color palette to work with is a great first step. A perfect color combination which denotes the brand and custom imagery set aside the whole look and feel of the site. An impressive design which converts was the need of the hour and we did exactly as per Labelle’s requirements.
