Optimizing User Experience to Increase Conversions

Labelle Intimates is a Fine Lingerie & Clothing Boutique specializing in Bra Fittings based at Maitland, Florida. LaBelle Intimates had an old appeal that wasn’t letting them have a conversion rate that they were looking to achieve. Labelle required a total refresh, where the UI and UX were required to change. With such a wide range of beautiful inner wares, they needed something that could totally bring their personality alive on the internet.

Labelle Intimates & Boutique’s website required a design direction that would create a linear flow for users to review the product line, technology, and benefits. The site also needed to scale easily for new product launches and daily content updates. Lastly, the product line needed to be shown in a way that would catch a visitor’s attention and made them want to learn more about the company and its products.

Maxsource Technologies began by conducting customer research, then generated wireframes based on understood behavior. Once approved, wireframes were turned into clickable designs to be tested by the owner and key members of the company. A perfect color combination which denotes the brand and custom imagery set aside the whole look and feel of the site. An impressive design which converts was the need of the hour and we did exactly as per Labelle’s requirements.
